Once a machine is out of warranty, most brands push you straight back to their own dealer network for anything that goes wrong. We don’t work that way. We service and troubleshoot commercial embroidery equipment across the major industrial brands — Melco, Tajima, Happy, Brother, ZSK and others — so the advice you get is about your machine and your business, not about which brand we’re trying to sell.

How it works

Every call starts with remote troubleshooting. Most issues can be properly understood — sometimes even resolved — without a site visit, so that’s always the first step. If the problem needs hands-on work, we travel to you.
